Would you throw your own baby shower?

Ugh I don't get this topic. It is completely fine to throw your own shower. There is no rule book that says you can't. If someone you invited is offended by you throwing it then they probably shouldn't have been invited anyway. Throw that party and have fun celebrating the fact that you're going to have a baby!!

I planned my own damn baby shower, I don't need nobody doing it for me! Of course I had lots of help which I was grateful for but I planned everything and my shower was so beautiful. Everyone had such a great time, family and friends came, we had lots of food, games, people were dancing it was awesome!!! I say there is absolutely nothing wrong with planning ur own!!!

I don't think it's wrong, but I'd rather save the money on baby. My mom and sister threw mine and it was super cheap as requested lol.  Only costed around 200 bucks for food and decorations. The place was free.

I can't imagine paying for a (better) place, (better) food, and decorations myself.

This is my second, no shower and only need about 400 bucks of stuff since my daughter destroyed her things lol

If someone throws me a babyshower it would most likely be my mom as my Maid of Honor (former bff of over 16 years) are no longer in speaking terms. Otherwise I am fine planning my own babyshower and at least I can decorate the way I want, get the food that I want, invite who I want to be there, etc.
