Help!

So I started the Nuvaring on the first of March the Sunday after my period. He didn't come inside of me at all and we've been successful with withdrawal. The day before Sunday a week later (Saturday) we found my Nuvaring in bed in the morning so we waited the 7day wait period after puting it back in because I wasn't sure if it had been out more than 3 hours. Well now this past Saturday which was one week after the last incident, we found it again in the bed but it was still kinda of bent and wet like it had just came out so I put it back in and that night he accidently came at the front of my vagina while trying to pull out. I'm just seeing if this is something to be worried about today is the 3rd day after so it's the last day for a plan b. I've just had it in for 2 weeks Sunday so I'm not sure if that's enough time.
