This one is so different and worse in some ways

deborah
I'm not sure where to begin our what's normal or not. My last pregnancy was planned because we had the help of a fertility specialist. 8.5 years till we finally got our first son. 8.5 prior was a stillbirth at 22 weeks. I also have an incompetent cervix and last time had to be put on bed rest after the cerclage was placed. At 39 weeks was induced and had an 8 lb 3 oz boy that was 22 1/4 inches long with a 15 1/2 inch head circumference! He will now be 4 on August 20. I have since had weight loss surgery and have certain restrictions as far as that goes as well. I recently found out I'm pregnant with #2. At first, was told I'm 5w5d with LMP of 5/3. Went to ER 2 nights ago because I had cramping for 2 days straight, and let's face it, obviously no easy pregnancy expected. But, according to blood HCG and vaginal ultra sound, I'm actually closer to 7 weeks....??? I just don't understand. According to radiologist, crown to rump size was 0.8 cm and HCG levels were already at 25764. No yolk was seen and sac was irregular. The Dr told me not to worry about all that just yet because it was too early, typically nothing is seen well until 7 weeks. But at the same time, if according to them in closer to 7 weeks, wouldn't it have been seen well or better??? I just don't know. Everything about this one is so different. I only want sweets whereas they made me sick before, I have constant nausea and before I didn't. I have a constant headache and before I didn't either. I'm already having constant heartburn and I at least didn't notice it until about 7 months. I just don't even know. It's all a lot to take in.
