How to know if it's amniotic fluid ?

I am 25+3 and last night I was having contractions, I think I just over did it yesterday. I was carrying loads of laundry and then came home to fold and deep clean. 
Then this morning I fell back to sleep and woke up my panties were wet like I had peed on myself. 
How can I know if I peed or if its fluid ? I am getting a bit worried ..

By going to L and D. Your doctor or midwife will test the fluid.

Sometimes it could just be sweat. I've woken up with each pregnancy where my underwear were wet in the morning and it would be from sweating through the night. If you continue to have wetness throughout the day then definitely go to L&D.
