How to know if it's amniotic fluid ?
I am 25+3 and last night I was having contractions, I think I just over did it yesterday. I was carrying loads of laundry and then came home to fold and deep clean.
Then this morning I fell back to sleep and woke up my panties were wet like I had peed on myself.
How can I know if I peed or if its fluid ? I am getting a bit worried ..
