Labour signs

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and the last couple of days been getting period pains last night I had a wee and about 10 mins after it felt like I wee'd my self a little bit so I went to the toilet checked it diddnt smell like wee and it was clear this morning for 2 hours i was getting umcomftable contractions every 12 minutes then they stoped now there not regular they come when they want to any one else had this I'm not sure if it's my body getting ready for labour or not any advice would be appreciated thanks in advance x
