Babies dropping

So I've seen a few post about this, babies dropping. My bump has never been high and he's always sat very low. As I have 7/8 weeks left, I feel like if he "drops" he's going to fall out 😂 I already have extreme pelvic/vaginal pressure and pain. I don't see my OB until next week but I wouldn't be surprised if I've already started to dilate. It's like I can feel that the time is getting closer.
