Low HCG

I had a beta HCG blood draw of 48, then forty eight hours later it was 55. I had another draw today, another forty eight hours later, but the office closed before the lab results were sent over so now I have to wait the weekend to see if it's viable. I have no bleeding, cramping or back pain and still have morning sickness. Any low/slow doubling HCG success stories or advice on how to handle a possible misscarriage? This is our first pregnancy and it took us 8 months to get pregnant.
