am I pregnant?

Hello, I am new to this so any advice is extremely appreciated! According to my period trackers (I use 3 different ones) my period was supposed to start on the 7th or the 9th. My period still hasn't started. I have been experiencing a white creamy discharge, no I don't have any stds or a yeast infection. I've been getting bad headaches, it feels like there is pressure in my uterus, slight cramping, nothing like a typical period for me, my boobs have became extremely tender, and I am neasus. I have taken a few HPTs but they all came back negative. There was one that I thought I seen an extermly faint line, so I made an appointment with my doctor. According to her calculations I am around a week and half late.  She gave me a PT but said it was negative. She told me to wait a week, take a PT every other day, and if it's still negative to call and she will draw blood to test for pregnancy. Today I started to spot. It was a light brown/ pink color. I have slight cramping but nothing major. What do you think it is? Please help...
