cervical suture at 23 weeks

Currently 23 weeks 3 days at the hospital waiting to get a cervical suture in the morning . I originally went to my appointment yesterday afternoon to get my progesterone shot like every Friday when I was asked if my cervix had been measured . Once I got my shot and it got measured they had the doctor come in and explain that my cervical length was very short . 0.9 cm 😞 . I am beyond scared of them accidentally making a hole on my sac considering there is a bulge of water pushing down and the doctor said he might hit it 😭 I am beyond stressed and can't seem to find a way to relax !!
