Possible Positive?!

My husband and I have been TCT for about 10 months now. For the last week I've felt nauseated, had light cramping, headaches,dizziness, smell sensitivity, food aversion, back tenderness, and breast sensitivity. Took a pregnancy test and got a negative went to the doctor and took a blood test.. now I have the longest weekend wait of my life!!! Has anyone has a false urine test and a positive blood test? Is there still a possibility of there being a baby S?
