Top front teeth are coming in. He has a temperature elevation. 99 all day yesterday. Jumped to 102 last night but I was also holding him so ? Body temp of myself increasing his. Came down to 99. Gave him Tylenol and came down to 98. He nurses so he slept nursing for about 4 hours after daycare. Which is unusual but again it's easy to fall asleep at the breast. After tylenol he stayed up and played for a while acting normal. Still warm this am 100.2 and only wants to nurse and sleep. He was checked for ear infection yesterday and they didn't see anything. No vomiting or diarrhea, is it just Teething? The websites say extra sleepiness and temp above 100.4 indicate infection over teething. But with all the other factors maybe it's just teething?? He is a breastfed baby, he falls asleep easy at the breast and it's comforting. Also, we visibly see the two too front teeth coming in.
