Help any advice.

So last night I went into the hospital bc I started contactions 4 mins apart when they checked me I was 1 and half cm. My contactions got real intense when laying in the bed for an hour. But after a another cervical check no change , ob came into the room and said to take an hour walk so I did. Still having contractions 4 mins apart I was checked again and still no change. So after 3 hours of strong intense contractions I was discharged. Now it's am the next day and still contracting , how can I get my body to dilate more ?? I'm only 19 day from my due date they won't induce me yet. Help??
