week 4 and progesterone on 39. is that too high?

I just got my BFP wednesday! Got blood drawn to see my hcg levels and they were 11. Went back 2 days later and found my hcg levels to be 60 (about 500% rise) and my progesterone on 39. I feel 39 Is VERY high, is that wrong? My RE is so busy he won't return my phone calls! 🙄
