11 months and we can't get pregnant 😯

So my husband and I have been married for a year and we've been trying to conceive for a year. I've been tracking ovulation ect. And nothing! I'm beginning to get frustrated and he's about to possibly deploy next month for 6 mos. We won't be able to try again until Feb. Ladies I need some encouraging words, advice, stories ect. 😕
