Literally someone help. I've been puking since yesterday and was prescribed zofran I'm only allowed to take one every 6 hours , what can I do to help the intense nausea for the rest of the time ? It's so bad and I literally could cry. Also

I've been so consitpated to the point where every time I get the urge to poop I'm on the toilet pouring sweat and feels like the worlds biggest bm that is coming out but it's not even close to coming out. It's so painful and I'm in so much pain right now I could cry. Can anyone give me ANY advice?
