help??
i'm pretty sure i have a skin picking fisorder but i'm scared to tell my parents. i think they know about it because they try to stop me from picking my hands and face but it's pretty hard. i've been in therapy for over 4 years and nobody has said anything about it. it's pretty hard. sometimes my picking gets so bad i bleed.
