I don't know what's wrong.

Iv been on birth control for over a 2years now. I'm in a happy relationship with my boyfriend and yes we do have sex. But for the past two months Iv been non-stop bleeding and cramping really bad. I tried to make and appointment with a local female gynecologist but they said they're not taking any new patients till September and another closest female gynecologist is over an hour away. It's gotten to the point where I can't wear half my clothes. I'm tired all the time and in pain. It hurt so bad last night I was about to go to the ER. Does anyone know what this could be or if it will go away.
