can I still get pregnant this month?

I'm not new to ttc, but I still don't know everything. My cycle has always been regular, I've had 2 babies, 1 miscarriage.

I usually ovulate on CD 14-16. This month, its CD 19 and I'm still getting no where near a positive, no ewcm either. I test 2-3 times a day, so I didn't miss it. Let's say I don't ovulate until CD 22-24, and I get my period when I'm supposed to, would that mean that I ovulated too late and the egg wouldn't have time to implant?

A few things I know... you will have a period about 14 days after ovulation. So if you have a period on time, that means you could have ovulated (just missed the signs) or had an anovulatory cycle (which means no ovulation). That happens when you are stressed or other non serious reasons, if it is a rare occurrence. If you ovulated late, that also can be considered normal if it is a rare occurrence. Stress and other body factors can effect when you ovulate.
