Father's Day

I bought my SO some coffee, and chocolates and gave it to him today, he acted like a brat, because it's not what he wanted, he wanted a watch, I was going to get it tomorrow, but the way he reacted I'm not going to anymore, and he couldn't see why I was so upset, he looked at me and said "all you did was get me coffee" and now he's insisting he doesn't need anything, we just had our baby a week ago, and he thinks I'm over reacting?
