random spotting after period

So I has my period June 2-6 and than June 10 I started spotting , it's been off and on since than , some days it's nothing and others it is just light and than light clots small small !! I had surgery back in march to remove my left side and some other things due to issues w conceive and has a miscarriage last summer !! I dk if I should worry / take a test ! I leave for vacation Monday !! I am having light cramping !!
