Hey ladies I need some advice. I will be going in for a c section this Friday (36 weeks) baby is Frank breech, not growing anymore and has run out of amniotic fluid. My question is has anyone gone through this? How do I establish breast feeding once baby is strong enough to try to breast feed? Do I need to be pumping now to bring my milk in? Prayers for baby would be appreciated, doctors are pretty worried I am getting steroid injections to help with the lungs after delivery. Wishing everyone else safe deliveries!!!
