Squished baby??

Im 20 weeks .. My husband and i had sex and he put his weight on me and i could feel the baby between us and ever since then I've been sore in my tummy and I haven't felt her move. What's the likelihood we hurt her??
UPDATE: thank you everyone for the reassurance baby girl is moving again and the pain has stopped.

If she was moving before the incident and she's not now, you need to call you Doctor. Idk about her being squished, but if you notice a decrease in fetal movement, you definitely need to call your  doctor and get checked out. Hope all is well!

How long has it been since you felt her? I still barely feel my son at 25 weeks so don't get too panicked. Also, there are plenty of women out there who sleep on their bellies. I was just in a car accident at 60 miles per hour last week at 24 weeks and have a bruise all the way across my belly and on the US you can see bruising less than an inch from the placenta. It would take a lot of force to hurt your LO in there. You can call your doctor to make sure for some reassurance but don't be too stressed. I was told my body stressing about the accident would make things worse.

We are very careful.  If it's a real concern I would go to the hospital. Just in case

Sex puts the baby to sleep. At 20w I would go days w/o feeling movement. I didn't feel consistent movement everyday until 29w. Even now at 31 1/2 weeks he goes to sleep after sex. The movement acts as a rocking mechanism.

My 58 pound dog jumped on my belly and they told me if I had continuing pain to go to the hospital. I assume this is not much different.

Your baby is well protected. You don't track movement and kick counts for another 2 months. Your baby is just fine
