45- don't understand how this could happen

45- don't understand how this could happen. I'm stupified. Hubby getting a big fat surprise for fathers day!!! Feb. 8, 2016, told by RE, that I had no eggs left. April 2016- IVF w/ donor eggs. Two implanted, two beautiful boys born November 2016. C-section due to blood pressure, and Pemphigoid rash. Didn't worry about birth control.... how can I get pregnant, if I have no eggs??? Excited, worried, confused. Will I get a girl, or add more testosterone to the home? Anybody have this happen? Or, know someone this has happened to?
