Should we move based off of my job or my husbands?

I am currently a nurse and my husband is in business. We are thinking about moving out of the area we live in now and wonder if we should move off of a job offer he gets or a job offer I get. It's hypothetical at the moment but it's a concern of ours. I would be making more money however I think it would be much easier for me as a nurse to find a job in a different state after he gets an offer. There are so many nursing jobs with so much availability but the business world is very competitive and I think moving out of the area only based off of my job may make it more difficult for my husband to find a job in the new area.
