Help ...
So, I've been on birth control for the past 3 months. It has made it so I don't have 2 periods a month and that's been great. Birth control is supposed to lighten your flow and reduce your cramps. Before I started takin it, I didn't have a heavy flow and I almost never got cramps. But now, I have a really heavy flow and the cramps are awful.
Have any of ou had a similar issue? What should I do that will help?
