S.O.S. I need weight gain tips asap
I went vegetarian for a while bc I'm Buddhist 📿☺️🙏🏽
But I started losing too much weight seeing as how I eat a ton but not regularly.
Now I've put meat back into my diet temporarily I STILL am having trouble putting the weight back on. And it's seriously starting to get to an unhealthy stage. I'm taking my vitamins and everything but I don't know what else to do. I NEED ADVICE. GOOGLE ISNT HELPING ME
