confused if this can be a pregnancy?

My husband and I had unprotected sex and I immediately took plan b the next day, the following few days I got my period. However, I haven't gotten my period again yet and it's late, I've been feeling nauseous, tired with sore boobs, I took two pregnancy tests and they were negative...,could I still be pregnant ?! What's going on ?
