Any luck after stillbirth?

Anyone trying to or did get pregnant after a stillbirth? (39 weeks) this is the 3rd month in trying and still no luck. So many emotions I'm going through. I just bought some prenatal pills for me and my fiancé to see if that ultimately works. Searching on here to see if anything helps. Pray for me guys. Hoping to expand my family and to see the rainbow🌈 at the end of the tunnel
