I've never been happy or confident with my body and I've recently seen a lot of my friends losing weight and getting in shape, so I think it's finally time I try it out, too. however, I literally have no clue what I'm doing at all. I'm only 5' 1 and I weigh about 140, which is definitely not where I want to be. I would love to be somewhere around 115-110. any tips or advice, even weight loss plans that worked for you, would be greatly appreciated. I really need help. thank you in advance! :)
