Rising HCG but bleeding for 5 days

Help! I found out I was pregnant on Monday. My LMP is 05.19.17 so I am around 4 weeks. I started bleeding on Tuesday and bled heavy and like a period for 5 days. My hCG levels per bloodwork on Tuesday were 8 and on Friday were 64. I was concerned about a possible ectopic pregnancy so they did a transvaginal ultrasound and didn't see anything (I'm still too early so that's expected). I have more bloodwork tomorrow to see if my hCG is going up. The pregnancy tests are still very positive and bleeding has so far stopped today. Has anyone experienced this? Did you still have a healthy baby?
