Progesterone test anyone

Wonder if anyone could help me I had day 21 blood test done for progesterone had the results back they told me that I have low progesterone and not ovulating. The thing is I have 38 day cycles so I wouldn't of ovulated till cd25 I did question this and they said it must be cd21. Absolutely gutted to here that I'm not ovulating feels as if I'll never get pregnant again. Has this happened to anyone else. Help would be appreciated.
