Anybody out there feel like this?

I think the hardest part of this journey is not having that one person who understands that I can talk to. I of course have my SO but he try's to take much of the blame on himself, especially if he knows I'm upset and I do not want him to feel worse. I don't tell anyone we are trying because of the questions and comments. It is so disheartening to see all these people get pregnant so easy but I'm over wondering why I can't?
