How many days before your period was due did you take a test and get a positive even if it was really faint?

A day or two before my period. 
I got the dollar tree ones for some reason those test are more sensitive than the expensive ones.

I tested at 3 weeks with my current pregnancy (week before period). And then I tested at 4 weeks with my son (day of period).

I took one at 10-11 dpo and it was a clear negative..or so I thought lol two or three days later I tested again (I believe this was the day before I was to get my period) and it was a positive!

I got mine 3 days before af was due to show at 8pm

My second one in march I got a BFP at 9dpo, but this time I didn't get any form of positive until AF was 5 days late.
