Should I retest tomorrow?

About a week ago I got 2 positive hpt and then I went to the doctor and got a blood test and it was negative but for two days I've had brown spotting and yesterday I had sore boobs but no spotting. So I have no clue what is going on and the doctor told me I could retest at home if I wanted too. I just don't wanna be let down. What would y'all do?! Positive comments only. Photo was took on Wednesday of last week.

My friend had several positives negative blood dr told her she was having a chemical pregnancy good luck and sending baby dust !!!
