Need help!!

I was suppose to start my period mid of Feb. And now it's mid March and I still haven't had a period.. I took a pregnancy test and the line was faint positive. Took another test and it showed negative. I really don't know what I should do..

Back in Sept I got a really bad bladder infection and I was late in my period so my Dr sent my blood off and it showed I was pregnant but my urine samples were negative. Mid Oct I lost the baby due to an ectopic pregnancy.

I really don't know what I should do
