Cramping with twins?

I'm 14 weeks and I've been cramping often. Not anything that puts me to bed but enough to be like well should I go lay down. How long did you ladies cramp with twins? I do have a sub chorionic hemorrhage would that be causing the cramping. I know ask my dr... but thought I would ask you til I can hear from them.

I didn't have a subchorionic hemorrhage but I did have noticeable cramping around that time until maybe 18 weeks? My doctor said it's normal - with twins your uterus is expanding much more quickly than with a singleton! I also had round ligament pain (the sharp kind down by your hip fold) but my doctor said round ligaments can also cause a crampy-type feeling too. Definitely ask your doctor but it's probably just a sign that your babies are growing :)

I actually had the same thing around that time. My SH was pretty small but I was crampy from about 10 weeks- 15 until it finally bled out. So mine was just my body cramping to try and get rid of it

I have cramping if I do to much so I just lay down and relax most of a day!

I've had cramping from the start, a reason i went in at 7wks to make sure it wasn't ectopic. everything is healthy and normal and i am just very aware this pregnancy with my body. currently 12 wks
