I am 17 years old and I have grown up raising a ton of kids. I was scrolling through Facebook and noticed a post that a friend of mine had shared. A father had gotten his daughter from the mother and he noticed that there was some kind of mark on her neck area. He believes his daughter's mother abuses her. He took his daughter to the doctor and the doctor said it was milk rash. Later that day he made an update saying she had two seizures. The next day he made another update saying that she wouldn't follow light or objects and they are thinking she might lose her sight. I don't think that it looks anything like milk rash. What do you think it could be? I am not all knowing with babies, but I have spent a large amount of time taking care of children when I would go to my fathers house.
