2nd baby 15 year gap

I found out that we're expecting on Friday.. am 4weeks this is a planned pregnancy only now it is starting to sink in I am absolutely petrified, I have a son from my 1st relationship he has just turned 15, am petrified that am starting all over again and that my life will become restricted all over again... someone please tell me this is normal my emotions are all over the place,
