negative blood test but still late... wtf

Ok so went to the hospital yesterday (my hemmroid ruptured) they took my blood and tested for pregnancy I'm 5 days late now... my number was 156... now when I miscarried I was 50 at 5 weeks... is there still a chance I would be??
