help me! need advice

So i am currently 35 weeks pregnant and I have preeclampsia. I have been on bed rest and they will induce me at 37 weeks. but, i'm worried. My right foot gets so swollen to the point where I am in pain! Every time i walk my ankles are killing me! Should I be worried? Should I call my doctor? I'm not sure on what to do
