Am I pregnant?

Okay so usually some & my boyfriend are always responsible about using condoms but today he went in without one but only for like four strokes and then put on a condom. He came on my stomach but we were showering afterwards and stuck it in once but he hadn't peed yet so I made him stop. We're about to go buy Plan B right now but just out of curiosity, could I be?
