Douche. Good or bad?? 🤔🤔

Okay, so I've seen a lot of women say that douche is bad because it messes up your PH level or something and some are good to use. I want to hear what you think. Yes or no and why! I've never used a douche before.

Try only using warm water an ACV in it, thats what i use an it helps alot! ☺️ plus its good when you have a yeast infection.
