still painful

So I just received a notification that someone has commented on an old post of mine. I haven't logged in since I fell pregnant last year so when I log in, Glow tells me that I'm 40 weeks pregnant. I'm not though because that pregnancy ended at 8 weeks by two methotrexate injections. That precious little thing was growing in my Fallopian tube. Had it have made it to my uterus it would now be fully developed and  I, my husband and my 16 month old son would be eagerly waiting for his/her arrival. Now at the age of 40 after two ectopic pregnancies, we are trying very hard and praying that we can be blessed to welcome another child into our family. Each month, met with the disappointment of negative tests. Oh my little angel in heaven. My two little babies in Gods arms. If only you could have stayed with us. If only I was still preparing for your birth. What I wouldn't give to be 40 weeks pregnant with you 😪
