sex addiction and pregnancy

I'm having a problem I have an extremely high sex drive and befor I become pregnant used to have sex 3 times a day, but since our miscarriaged Feb I'm scared sex will cause the same Thing to happen again so we haven't been intimate in months and it's getting to the point we're im constantly mastibating when ever he's not around I feel guilty as he doesn't and won't relief himself but don't know what else I can do as I don't want to risk this baby but also don't want it to draw a wedge between us as we're not as close as we used to be
