First Fever 38.5

Ugh so scary her first fever 38.5 not sure if it's ear infection she's been itching her ears but we weren't sure if it was teething until we woke up to her being super hot ( we co sleep and nurse) and I was super hot and so was she. DOctors appt is in a few hours. She's happy and being herself now since waking up but was crying and super sleepy last night temperature is back up and just gave  her second dose of Tylenol . She's smiling and waving and kicking her feet as her normal wake routine. 11 months before her first fever but still nervous 😩
