I need help!!

So my bf and I are long distant. He's coming to visit me in 2 weeks and I am so overwhelmed due to summer classes, work and volunteer!! He booked a flight and all but I have so much I need to do for my education and job and can't just stop it for him. I don't want him to be bored when he visits and I'm annoyed I can't spend the time I want with him! This is the only week he can visit in the summer. I just feel like a bad gf but my education and job is important. I am trying to get into grad school in the fall so I can't just stop my life for him. What do I do??? I took off for the week he is coming down workwise but still volunteer twice a week and do hw and has grad school exams coming up!!
