Think I could be pregnant?

So I had 2 miscarriages back to back at the beginning of the year, and they seemed to reset my periods, they got super regular. 28 day cycles exactly, still 3 days of heavy bleeding & cramping, like it was before. Buuuutttt this time my period came a whole 9 days early. I had a medium flow for 4 days, with no clots either & it only got heavy when I had sex, and then I spotted for about 3 days after that. No cramps either. Mild back pain tho. Also had to take my nipple rings out as any slight movement on them hurt really bad. Nausea but that could be the ulcers I have.
