Natural way to help ease pain

I'm pretty sure I have pancreatitis and the Dr gave me Tylenol with codeine but I ran out Sunday and I had an ultrasound on Monday. I've been calling the Dr ever since trying to see if I can get something more for this pain but they're not calling me back. I've left 3 messages so far already with no luck. I thought since today they got my test results maybe I'd get more pain meds but I gotta wait till my follow up app on Thursday. I'm in so much pain it's unbearable but nothing helps it. Is there a natural way to relive this pain? I need help with this pain.
