Hurt my shoulder

I hurt my shoulder pushing my husbands car and asked him if i was okay because it really really hurts and he snapped at me saying im annoying for always asking if im okay and that he cant stand me. Also tols me im annoying for requesting him not let people who disrespect me over. Now hes throwing a fit around the house and banging on the walls. All becausw i was concerned with my shouldee that hurts to move.
