Allergic Reaction?

I got these bumps today. First I got them on my calf and now my thigh. I've never had this before and it itches. I'm guessing it might be an allergic reaction?? But I don't remember eating anything out of the ordinary. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

I got those one time when I was with my ex boyfriend and I was under a lot of stress, and I got allergy testing done and no one could figure out what was going on, and literally the day i broke up with my boyfriend, they went away and I haven't had them sense. I talked to my doctor about it and she said that lots of stress can cause your body to have many different weird reactions. Maybe you have some stress going on or something, I don't know.

Those look more like mosquitoe bites than hives. It's possible it's an allergic reaction but normally hives are bright red, larger and they're a lot more puffy.
